They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.
