The responsibility of the role is to asses opportunities with the skill-set that has been built over a period of time in your career development. You will have a Planning bias but experience in land Acquisition and Development Management. Working alongside Senior Land Managers and reporting into the Land Director you will be tasked with assessing opportunities and helping to either get these through the Planning process or perhaps advising whether the proposed site is viable to acquire.
