Due to growing success and continuous developments coming out of the ground they are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the team.There developments are based around quality rather than quantity with strong standards in design, whilst also providing and maintain strong relations with internal and external parties.Technical Coordinator ResponsibilitiesSupport and assist the Technical Management to ensure that all design are in accordance with the expectation of the projectEnsure that all legal requirements are approved to ensure that projects begin and are constructed of the highest standardBe present on site occasionally in order to carry out site checks.Formulate and continuously develop briefs, by organising applicable information as instructed by the Technical ManagerFollow technical processes and procedure whilst carry out your role and improve or address any Technical issues in order to improve the process of any given project.Personal SpecificationMinimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination roleExperience of working on a Residential projects of Houses and ApartmentsQualification or Degree within Architecture or coming from an architectural practiceStrong and Effective Leadership skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
