Overview
In this role you will lead a new build residential site in Southsea, overseeing circa 97 RC frame apartments from inception to completion. You will report to the Project Manager and be the go-to on-site leader, ensuring delivery quality, safety, and coordination with trades. Responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery of a 97-unit RC frame residential scheme from start to finish
- manage and motivate full site teams to achieve milestones
- coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets
- maintain safety, first aid readiness, and compliance on site
- monitor progress and report on risks, issues, and mitigations
- liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to resolve issues
- ensure adherence to construction standards and industry best practices
Key requirements
- proven No.1 Site Manager with a track record in new build residential schemes
- experience delivering RC frame apartments from inception to completion
- experience working for reputable housebuilder
- excellent all-round construction knowledge
- strong man-management and leadership abilities
- First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications
