Overview
In this role, you help drive the technical delivery of residential projects for a high-profile builder. You will oversee external architectural and engineering consultants and manage design and technical matters, reporting to the Head of Technical. You’ll coordinate multiple disciplines and support site assessment with the Land team to shape project feasibility and construction inputs. The position offers clear progression toward senior technical leadership and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Oversee external architectural and engineering consultants across design disciplines
- Manage project design and technical administration for residential schemes
- Coordinate with the Land team to appraise sites and shape engineering inputs
- Report to and work with the Head of Technical to set objectives
- Support progression pathways toward Technical Manager and Senior Technical Manager roles
