They deliver new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects within both public and private sectors, with project values ranging anywhere between 5m to 30m.The company achieve a lot of repeat business from their clients due to the quality and value of their work. They are also dedicated to personal development and training of their staff, and have a low staff turnover.They are looking for a Senior Site Manager’s to oversee new build residential schemes due to commence in the near future, based in Milton Keynes. One project comprises 300+ units; traditional build houses and apartments. Another project due to start soon consists of 76 units; traditional houses and apartments.Reporting to a Project Manager, the Senior Site Manager’s will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes for a reputable main contractor, and be able to travel to Milton Keynes on a daily basis.Senior Site ManagerStrong track record delivering new build mixed-use / residential schemesExperience of delivering RC frame / Traditional build projects from inception through to completionExperience working for a reputable main contractorExcellent all round construction knowledgeStrong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teamsFirst Aid, SMSTS and CSCSIf you are a Senior Site Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on:
