Pinnacle are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for their next step into a commercial lead to guide, develop and manage staff and oversee large highways maintenance projects based in Waltham Forest.
- Preparing detailed Bill of Quantities and cost estimates
- Managing and overseeing all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to completion
- Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and contract terms
- Providing accurate and timely cost advice and financial reporting
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies
- Ensuring effective cost control and value engineering
