This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key commercial role on a major project that will shape the future of one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs.You will lead commercial functions on site, reporting to the Commercial Manager, and be responsible for managing costs, subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and cost forecasting on a complex, multi-disciplinary civil engineering scheme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of key packages of workPrepare and manage accurate cost reports and forecastsOversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and paymentsAssess and manage variations and change controlEnsure compliance with contract terms and commercial proceduresProvide commercial advice and support to project and site teamsLiaise with client and stakeholders on commercial mattersMentor and support junior QS staff where appropriateLooking for either Quantity Surveyor with the experience to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role or an establish Senior Quantity Surveyor. xsabvtc
