You will lead tender preparation for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects, from initial enquiry through to contract award, working with pre-construction, bid, and operations teams to deliver competitive, accurate submissions.
The role requires extensive estimating experience in infrastructure, NEC/JCT contracts and CESMM, plus proficiency with estimating software and Excel.
