Overview
In this permanent role, you will drive commercial success on refurbishment and fit-out projects for high-profile clients. You will manage costs and deliver projects on time within budget, across fast-track schemes from 500k to 5m. You will operate from Redhill with occasional London sites, collaborating with a reputable main contractor. The opportunity combines hands-on financial control with autonomous project management, contributing to the company’s established interior fit-out reputation.
Responsibilities
- manage costs and value on commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
- drive on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple projects
- work autonomously on a portfolio of schemes
- coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to support project delivery
Key requirements
- minimum 5 years’ experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- experience on commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects up to 5m
- ability to work autonomously on multiple projects
- willingness to commute to Redhill, Surrey and to London when required
