Overview
In this permanent role, you will manage commercial aspects for education-sector projects undertaken by a reputable main contractor. You will oversee both new-build and refurbishment work within Southern England, coordinating across multiple sites and frameworks. The role emphasizes strong commercial awareness and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently as part of a growing education-focused portfolio. You will work closely with site teams and procurement processes, applying two-stage D&B knowledge to deliver value. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact education projects from Redhill and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities
- oversee education-sector projects up to 5m in value
- manage multiple projects concurrently
- apply two-stage D&B procurement knowledge
- support commercial delivery and cost control across sites in the Southern Home Counties
- coordinate with education sector framework projects and upcoming work
- travel to project sites (Redhill daily) as required
