In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee education-sector projects for a reputable main contractor. The position covers new build and refurbishment schemes up to £5m across the Southern Home Counties, including Redhill in Surrey. You will manage multiple projects, lead client engagement, and supervise project teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple education-projects (new builds and refurbishments) up to £5m
- Manage project delivery across a regional area (Southern Home Counties)
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects
- Lead and develop project teams and manage client relationships
- Understand and apply the 2-stage D&B procurement route
- Represent the company with clients in a professional, presentable manner
