As Contracts Manager, you will oversee education-sector projects on a permanent basis, delivering new builds and refurbishments up to £5m across the Southern Home Counties. You’ll manage multiple projects, lead client-facing interactions, and drive project performance within a reputable contractor’s framework. The role sits at the heart of project delivery, shaping outcomes for schools and academies. Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple education projects (new build and refurbishment) up to £5m
- Manage project delivery across Southern Home Counties
- Lead client-facing engagement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate project teams and supervision of site activities
- Contribute to the execution of projects within a four-year education framework
- Ensure projects align with contractual and safety standards
- Support business development through project delivery excellence
Key requirements
- Track record on education projects with a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering up to £5m projects
- Understanding of two-stage D&B procurement
- Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
