Overview
In this role you will manage the commercial aspects of high-end residential projects for a regional main contractor based near Oxford. You will handle multiple live projects, contributing to cost control and procurement while supporting refurbishment, alterations and extensions. The position offers the chance to work on luxury builds and heritage/restoration schemes within a stable, long‑standing company. You will drive commercial outcomes and collaborate with project teams to deliver profitable, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- manage commercial aspects across multiple projects autonomously
- support high-end residential new build, refurbishment, alteration and extension projects
- oversee cost control and procurement activities
- administer contract variations and payments
- maintain project financial records and reporting
Key requirements
- ideally degree qualified
- minimum 5 years' experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- ability to work autonomously on multiple projects
- experience in new build and refurbishment; ideally high-end residential
- full UK driving license; able to commute to Oxford daily
