Quantity Surveyor - Housing

Overview

Established House Builder based in Dartford urgently require a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

The role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has experience in Housing and who is looking for a safe role with a good work life balance.

The company will build around 150 units per annum and these will consist mainly of housing units with some low rise flat type schemes.

Responsibilities

• Sending packages out at orders
• Managing accounts
• Some material orders

Qualifications

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in housing sector projects.
