Pinnacle is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor specializing in the Rail sector, based in Leeds.

Duties include:

  • Managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
  • Performing risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing reports on project performance.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and quality standards.

About You: Ideal candidates will have experience within Rail, particularly in Civils or Depots. However, candidates with a background in Civils are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + allowance and package.
