Overview
In this role you will support the on-site commercial delivery of a 7m Bedford-based new build industrial/commercial project. You work within a growing, privately owned main contractor known for diverse sector work, contributing to project financial performance and reporting. You will collaborate with a dedicated commercial team to manage costs and commercial processes over a ~30-week duration. Responsibilities
- Support on-site commercial activities for a 7m project
- Assist the commercial team with cost control and reporting
- liaise with subcontractors and clients to manage commercial processes
- Contribute to procurement support and on-site financial administration
- Ensure project compliance with commercial policies and timelines
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification (ideally)
- Extensive experience with a reputable main contractor
- Experience on industrial and commercial projects (ideally)
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
- Full UK driving license
