Overview
In this role you will join a growing main contractor on a 16m Bedford project as the on-site Project Surveyor. You will work closely with the commercial team to oversee on-site surveying and commercial delivery across a 50-week timeline, supporting successful delivery of industrial and commercial works with infrastructure elements. This position offers meaningful impact through active project control and cross-functional collaboration. The opportunity combines hands-on site work with exposure to a diverse, multi-sector portfolio from a private, experienced team.
Pay / Benefits
- salary 45,000 - 50,000 + package
Responsibilities
- on-site surveying and commercial support for the project
- liaising with the on-site commercial team to manage costs and procurement
- supporting delivery of the 16m industrial/commercial project with infrastructure works
- contributing to project reporting and stakeholder communication
- ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial processes
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- extensive experience with a reputable main contractor
- track record on industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects
- excellent commercial skills and awareness
- full UK drivers’ license
