Pinnacle are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor in London for our client to work on rail Infrastructure Maintenance Projects within London. The role will cover both Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across Signalling, Telecoms, M&E, HV Power, Track, Vegetation and elements of Civils within rail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the financial and contractual aspects of a rail construction project
- Cost estimation, budget management, tendering, and subcontractor agreements
- Cash flow forecasting, valuations and risk analysis
- Reporting to clients and project teams to ensure the project stays within budget and meets its contractual obligations
