The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.The company have a huge pipeline of work and are looking to bring in an experienced Design Manager. The ideal person will be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.Design Manager: Experience of managing and providing technical guidance and support within a Main Contracting environmentFamiliar with D&B projectsNew build and refurbishment experienceTrack record working across multiple sectors including Education, Healthcare and Commercial is advantageousIdeally C.I.A.T QualifiedDegree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeGood understanding of Planning legislationAble to commute to Oxford on a daily basisIf you are a Design Manager and you are interested in the role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on 07733 529 573
