The role is working within one of the consultancy’s Building Surveying Teams on public sector housing projects from inception to completion.
This role will suit a candidate with drive and ambition to be part of a successful division of this extremely ambitious consultancy.
Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills and experience, strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients / contractors and other professionals working within an existing team.

JOB TITLE:
Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) or (CIOB)KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Building Surveyor or Member of Institute of Building.
Proven track record of performing in a building surveying role, particularly related Public-Sector Housing (This is absolutely a key component to being considered for this role)Full technical ability & up to date contract knowledge Self motivated, confident, with good presentation and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and be able to lead on specific projects as appropriate Strong experience in Public Sector Housing DETAILED JOB TYPES:
Structural Surveys and Acquisition Inspections of buildings.
Building Defects Analysis.
