They have a wide and varied client base which include Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Sector Clients.The business has a young, dynamic and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place; they are further developing their client base and this is great opportunity to join a growing business.They have recently been awarded a number of projects and as a result are looking for another No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Projects include refurbishments to listed buildings including extensive damp proofing to the basements, external repairs, installing new chimneys, as well as single wrap around extensions and full refurbishment works to residential dwellings.Additionally they have a number of social housing refurbishment projects coming up.
