Job description & ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Manager's on a freelance or permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes in the region. You will report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion. Key Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects. Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid and coming from a trade's background would be ideal.
