This high profile role is fully responsible for bringing enquiries into the company, promote and raise the profile of the company, ensure sufficient enquiries are received to achieve target turnover and ensure the company maximises the relationships with their already extensive client base and to bring in new work from clients who may not be currently using this contractor to build out their industrial type schemes. The ideal candidate must already be or already have worked for a Building Contractor in a Business Development role and be familiar with actively raise the profile of the company to existing and potential clients ensuring clients understand the services provided. In return you will get and excellent salary package of up to 80k, get a 20% bonus and a full comprehensive package.
