The project value is circa 16m and is currently at the demolition stage. The new homes will achieve a standard equivalent to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and encompass sustainable technology including living green roofs, solar panels and a centralised heating plant for the maisonettes and flats.They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to come on board and oversee the project. Piling is due to start soon and they are looking to get the right person on board swiftly.
