The work they carry out are of a high standard due to continuously investing in training and safety standards to ensure projects are carried out on time and to budget.Due to their growing success they now have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Roofing Estimator to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.Senior Roofing Estimator ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and practice in package tendering & pricing, design meetings with contracts team, post award site visits to monitor installation.Analyse plan and assess cost prioritiesUnderstand and practice in material costing, quotations, variations and final account summariesReview, evaluate, prioritise and manage workloadPersonal Specification & Requirements 5 + years’ worth of experience as a Senior Roofing EstimatorSelf-motivated with a strong attention to detailGood knowledge of all aspects of flat roofingAbility to use hot melt systemsThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
