The company have been around for over 5 years and have already created a development pipeline worth over 2 billion. Their achievements have been recognised within the industry and they have won multiple awards, including newcomer of the year, and the new homes awards.They are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is office based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have extensive experience of overseeing new build residential developments from start to finish, have experience of RC frame, metsec facades, brickwork and concrete frames. Additionally, a track record working on London based residential developments is highly advantageous.They are looking for hard-working, dynamic and driven people that want to be a part of the business long term.
