Acquisitions will vary in size from 70 units – 200 in carious attractive locations in the outer zones.The successful Senior Land Manager will either currently be with a named developer/ consultancy or investment firm and have track record of identifying sites through their large network of contacts built and site identification methods, London experience is as said essential.In return you will receive a generous salary and bonus package, have progressive opportunities available in addition to significantly improving your bonus.
