Role will be based in London, with the candidate expected to travel intermittently to various London project sites when required.Relevant Qualifications needed;Degree Qualified in Civil EngineeringProgressed steadily from an commercial backgroundPreviously worked on Civil sectors / DemolitionChartered or Working towards ChartershipRoles & Responsibilities:The preparation of Valuations/Applications for PaymentThe preparation of Cost Reports to the ClientThe preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.The administration of subcontractor/supplier accountsContract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.Maintaining project risk and opportunities scheduleProcurement for project/section of worksEnsuring all involved in procurement for project understand allowances for items they are responsible for and the procedures to be followedFinancial reporting for project/section of worksPreparing cash forecastPreparing quarterly forecasts
