Job ID: 15721Salary: 55,000 - 75,000 + packageLocation: LondonRegion: Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, London, SurreyPinnacle Recruitment are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors on a permanent basis for main contractors that have multiple projects across London.We are looking for people with Industrial, Commercial or Residential build experience.Responsibilities;Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibilityCalculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframeNegotiating labour contracts and schedulesAdvising clients and crew on legal matters and disputesMonitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costsPreparing labour and supplier accounts for paymentWriting reports detailing costs and progress for clientsRequirements;Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction-related discipline.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within larger teams and engagement with clients’ supply chain.Experience working on JCT or NEC contracts.Over 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.Interested?
