Job ID: 4747Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + packageRegion: LondonContact: RobPhone: 07733 529 573An award winning Main Contractor based in Central London have an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing 2 x new projects they have just been awarded.The company have been operating for well over 100 years’ and the business comprises a number of specialist divisions, bringing exceptional knowledge and expertise to projects within the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, social housing, heritage and sports and leisure sectors.They are looking for a Project Surveyor to oversee 2 x new projects they have just been awarded; one is a new build social housing scheme in North West London comprising two small sites, circa 800k each. The other project is a new build hospice, circa 2m, in South East London. Both are JCT Contracts.The Project Surveyor will be based between their offices in Central London and the two sites, and will be responsible for running both projects autonomously and simultaneously. The ideal person will need to have a track record of working on similar projects for a reputable main contractor.Experience: Ideally Degree qualified / other relative qualificationsTrack record working for a reputable Main ContractorExperience working on new build social housing / residential projectsIdeally have worked on a range of other projects including education, healthcare and commercialAble to work autonomously on more than one project at a timeExcellent commercial awarenessAble to commute to Central London and happy to travel to sites in North and South LondonIf you are a Project Surveyor and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on 07733 529 573
