They carry out new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes; they are community focused and believe in building safely and delivering environmentally sustainable buildings for their clients.The Project Manager will be overseeing a new build residential / housing scheme in North West London that comprises 2 RC blocks of apartments along with 20 traditional build houses. Piling has already started and the programme is 100 weeks.They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value, for a reputable main contractor.
