They are very diverse in the projects they carry out such as Private Residential, Commercial, Health, Leisure, Education, Religion, Conservation and Social Housing.Due to their success and strong turnover whilst delivering outstanding results, they now have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join them on permanent basis, and you will be assisting the Document Controller.Planner Responsibilities·Good knowledge of duties and ensure all environmental, health, safety and morals are of a high standard·Ensure projects are organised appropriately and to detail whilst gather and assistance, understanding and knowledge from your colleagues·Deliver practical, precise judgements and staff reviews to ensure that all staff members carry out projects to a high standard·Good commercial knowledge who will bring a good value to projectsPersonal Specification & Requirements·Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business·Knowledge and experience of large scale refurb and new build·Knowledge in residential projects, fit-out and commissioning·Able to implement good practice Planning processes·presentable and happy to deal directly with customers·Punctual, reliable and good practical skills·Degree Qualified in construction or technical disciplineThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
