This is an excellent opportunity for an MEP Site Manager based in or around Greater London to join a high-performing team delivering complex, high-value projects.About the RoleAs MEP Site Manager, you will take ownership of the mechanical and electrical works across large-scale construction projects in Greater London. You will be a key member of the site management team, ensuring M&E packages are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site Mechanical & Electrical sub-contractor works and packagesCoordinate M&E works with the wider civils, structural and architectural site management teamLiaise with the Building Services Manager, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on scope-related mattersReview sub-contractor Method Statements and Risk Assessments and monitor complianceIssue and close out permits for M&E and other work activitiesMonitor ongoing installation for compliance with contract requirementsRaise NCRs for poor quality works and manage resolutionEnsure sub-contractors compile, issue and close out Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Compile and manage snagging lists through to close outManage utility provisions, diversions, upgrades and protection worksMake applications to the Highways Authority and utility companies as requiredUndertake the role of Temporary Works Coordinator where applicableWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:CSCS / SMSTS qualifiedValid UK driving licenceElectrical and/or Mechanical Trade QualificationDesirable:First Aid at WorkBIM experienceKnowledge of BG6 and RIBA StagesWhy Apply Through Pinnacle Recruitment?Pinnacle Recruitment specialises in placing construction professionals across Greater London and beyond.
