Pinnacle Recruitment is assisting a long-established housing developer in St Mary's Cray, London to appoint a Contract Manager. You will run 4–6 sites across SE London, North Kent and around the M25, overseeing site managers and project managers and ensuring on-time delivery of housing schemes and apartments.
The successful candidate will manage quality control, health and safety, meetings, contractor reports and maintain strong sub-contractor relationships.
