With an excellent reputation for buying sites the successful candidate will have front line exposure to completing acquisitions for a housebuilder that is keen to buy and build out. Site sizes will vary from 80 units – 400 units and the product will be a mixture of smaller starter homes, detached properties and some flats. The locations of these acquisitions will primarily be North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.This role will suit a Land Buyer/ Land Manager with experience of working for a larger Developer or keen to work for one, someone that understands the process of buying land from initial identification, due diligence, appraisal and formulating a bids. This role will suit someone who is keen to get acquisitions under their belt, perhaps the company you work for currently is not acquiring Land, perhaps you wish to further your career progress, perhaps you wish to build a portfolio of successful Land deals? All of this and more is possible with this Developer.
