Job ID: 5278Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 plus packageLocation: LondonRegion: LondonA high profile Developer urgently require an experienced Assistant Development Manager or a Development Manager with between 2 – 3 years post graduate experience.This particular Developer has an excellent reputation in the industry for delivering high profile schemes in London/ Greater London area.Sites will vary in size from 200 – 1000 units and will be a mixture of acquisition and JV schemes.The responsibilities of this role will vary as such a wide role but the focus will be on planning stages to delivery. The successful person will be involved in the initial concept, planning, selling to RPs, consents, rights of light, draw-down of leases, bringing all parties together including stake-holders, TFL and other bodies whilst working with the technical team before handed over for project delivery.This will suit either an experienced Assistant Development Manager or a Development Manager with around 3 years PQE.
