Job ID: 5872Salary: Up to 70,000 + PackageLocation: North West LondonRegion: LondonTitle Design ManagerLocation North West LondonSalary Up to 70,000 + Package Enviable Residential Developer seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their successful business, providing quality new build mix use residential schemes in prime locations across London.Years’ worth of expertise within the construction industry with a strong financial backing which allow them to function in an autonomous manor and secure new developments.The company are design biased and work very closely with architects to ensure new projects are completed to a high standard and ensure developments are personalised to each client, creating distinctive properties.Due to their growing success, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their progressive and proactive team.ResponsibilitiesAchieving quality in design and maintaining the Company’s innovative market.Enhancing the Company’s reputation through driving cutting edge solutions.Ensure that all legal requirements are approved to ensure that projects begin and are constructed of the highest standardsManaging information flow in a project.Problem solving on a day to day basis.Driving innovation in the supply chain management.Provide a practical and cost effective design service to the company.Management of in-house and external designers to ensure that best practice is followedJointly responsible for producing technical design solutions within cost plan or approved appraisal budget.Key AttributesSomeone who is able to deliver a project from inception through tot completionEnthusiastic and able to drive a teamPeople person who is able to communicate wellLooking for a methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalentA good working knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards.Good team player with ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, consultants and construction teams.Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers and clientsPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression in a hardworking determined environment.
