They are a main contractor with an excellent reputation within the construction industry and of promoting from within. They have doubled in size since 2007 growing organically with an average length of service of 8 years. Due to an increase in projects they are working on they are looking at expanding their operational team.This is London site based position looking after projects either North or South of the River Thames with 3-4 projects running at 1 time. This will be primarily looking after regeneration projects that are new build social housing, part rent part buy and private sale properties as well as other facilities such as schools and healthcare centres. You will need to have experience of working with a main contractor in a similar role looking after projects ranging in size from 10-50m.Requirements:To have worked for a main contractorExperience of running 3-4 sites at onceStable work historyTo have worked on regeneration projectsTo have ran sits ranging from 10-50mThe positions are site based and you will be looking at a salary of 80-90k as well as car, private healthcare and pension.
