They are very diverse in the projects they carry out such as Private Residential, Commercial, Health, Leisure, Education, Religion, Conservation and Social Housing.Due to their success and strong turnover whilst delivering outstanding results, they now have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.Contracts Manager ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver numerous construction contracts, whilst making sure programme requests are met and accomplish the client and customer objectives and prospects.Manage contracts to certify targets are being met on time, to cost and of quality and standards.Supervise the direction projects and ensure that client conditions and requirements are met.Ensure that Health and Safety is being upheld across all sites.Identify important decisions and arrangements required to deliver successful projectsTake responsibility for self-development and the development of othersExcellent communication, structural and influencing skillsTrack record of managing numerous schemes concurrentlyAttend pre-contract meetings and take accountability for the design, quality supervision and make sure suitable actions and documentation are put in place.Able to staff contracts sufficiently and liaise with the Bid Team to ensure that contracts are on the right path to be won.Develop and form first-rate relationships by having good communication skills with the ClientsPersonal Specification & Requirements Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessKnowledge and experience of large scale refurb and new buildGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or EquivalentEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetUp to date CSCS and SMSTS certificateThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
