Overview
In this role you will lead residential development projects for a major UK developer across Harrow, Dunstable and Oxford. You will ensure projects progress on time and within budget by directing planning, execution and close-out activities with internal and external teams. This position focuses on delivering high-quality residential outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on progress. The role offers a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape delivery on prestigious builds.
Responsibilities
- Initiate projects by assessing feasibility, budgets, teams and resources
- Plan with goals, roles and task schedules; use tools like Gantt charts for visuals
- Execute project activities and manage overall delivery
- Monitor progress and control performance against plan
- Close projects by evaluating successes and learnings for future work
- Set objectives aligned with client needs, including scope, timing and budget
- Lead and motivate internal and external project teams
- Ensure work is on time and within budget; coordinate and delegate tasks
- Identify and manage risks; implement changes as required
- Report progress to management and the client
