Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager to lead the compliance, quality and assurance frameworks within a fast-paced rail, construction and train depot environment. You will oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) and drive certification and accreditation activities to support safe, compliant operations.
Key duties include:
- Maintaining ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001)
- Coordinating external audits
- RISQS accreditation
- Ensuring licensing
