Overview
In this Planner role, you will support the bid and pre-construction process by developing project programmes, logistics plans and method statements. You will contribute to delivering a range of projects via a disciplined planning approach within a reputable main contractor. The position sits in the Pre-Construction team, aligning scheduling with project goals and client requirements. You will work on diverse schemes across education, health, and commercial sectors, enabling on-time delivery and coordinated logistics. This is a permanent opportunity in Hertfordshire with room to influence project outcomes and take ownership of planning deliverables.

Responsibilities
- provide project programming and scheduling guidance

- assist in coordinating refurbishment, new build and fit-out projects
- contribute to delivering projects up to 10m in value
Key requirements
- minimum 4 years' experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- track record on projects up to 10m in value
- experience across education, healthcare and commercial sectors
- new build and refurbishment experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills

- live within a commutable distance of Hitchin, Hertfordshire
