Overview
In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee interior fit-out projects for a reputable main contractor. You will lead Cat A and Cat B works up to 10m, focusing on commercial office, retail, and hotel sectors. You’ll work within the interiors division, coordinating delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape high-profile fit-out schemes in London and Home Counties. You will engage with clients and site teams to drive timely, quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver interior fit-out projects (Cat A & Cat B) up to 10m in value
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Manage project commercials, risks and changes
- Maintain strong client-facing communication and relationships
- Ensure project quality, safety, and programme compliance
- Support bid and mobilisation activities as needed
- Collaborate with other divisions on multi-disciplinary projects
Key requirements
- Proven track record delivering interior fit-out projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience overseeing Cat A & Cat B projects up to 10m in value
- Strong experience on commercial office, retail and hotel projects
- Excellent man-management skills with ability to motivate site teams
- Presentable with strong client-facing skills
- Ability to commute to Hitchin on a daily basis
