The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We have an urgent requirement for a Highways Supervisor to work in the Buckinghamshire area initially, then onto other similar projects in London and Home counties. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for planning and organising of resources including labour and plant to safely achieve maximum efficiency and output. Health and Safety and quality standards must be exceeded to live up to clients expectations. Key responsibilities:- – Planning future workload to meet the targets of the contract plan and monitoring production. – Day to day coordination and supervision and direct labour and sub-contgractors. – Complete site specific risk assessment and site packs ensuring that appropriate control measures can be implemented to complete the work safely. – Deliver Toolbox talks and briefings.
