Overview
In this Senior QS/Commercial Manager role within a first-tier highways and civils contractor, you will manage the contracts financial framework, control costs, and produce accounts and forecasts.
You will lead a team, mentor juniors, and advise the wider team on commercial issues.
You will maintain cost reporting, track budgets and tender allowances, and manage procurement and subcontractor relationships.
You will apply contract and project management knowledge to highways work, including NEC contracts and civil engineering practices.

Responsibilities
- Manage the financial framework of the contract and control costs
- Produce work orders, manage procurement and subcontractors
- Prepare interim and final accounts, allocate revenue
- Forecast project cost to completion and final value
- Team management and mentoring of junior staff
