Overview
In this permanent role, you will lead interior fit-out projects for a main contractor with a strong London focus. You will drive safe, timely delivery on multi-sector schemes (healthcare, commercial, residential) while managing subcontractors and site teams. The role offers a stable pipeline and growth within a growing business. You will shape site performance and quality on high-end fit-out projects, collaborating across teams to meet project goals.
Pay / Benefits
- Salary 50,000 - 55,000 + package
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects
- Ensure health and safety compliance and rigorous documentation
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, fostering strong collaboration
- Maintain project programmes and oversee quality control
- Coordinate site logistics and issue resolution to keep projects on track
Key requirements
- Experienced No.1 Site Manager with reputable Main Contractor background
- Interior fit-out / refurbishment experience
- Healthcare and commercial sector exposure preferred
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications
- Strong in health & safety, site paperwork, and team leadership
