Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for Site Agents on a permenant basis to work for a leading contractor within the Water & Utilities sector.

We're looking for a proactive and safety-focused Site Agent to join our clients Specialist Projects – Non-Infrastructure team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, lead site teams, and help deliver high-quality civil engineering and utilities projects that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced construction professional who can confidently lead site activities while creating a culture where safety, collaboration, and performance come first.

  • Experience managing civil engineering, utilities, or non-infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and drive project performance.
  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Sewage and Water Treatment project experience is essential
