We are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector leading to Associate Director then Equity Director role. With Pinnacle achieving our plans for expansion, we are opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1, and this role is for the London office.
To qualify for this role, you should be experienced in managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk. You should have a proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential & Construction Industries.
The role involves managing the Building Construction & Residential Team within Pinnacle. The team will comprise a mixture of Permanent and Temporary consultants. We are seeking a dedicated manager who can help propel Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.
Please note, we are Professional Headhunters, so you must have a successful track record in headhunting staff and managing a desk within Building or Residential management. This is a unique and progressive opportunity within Recruitment, offering a pathway from Head of Sector to Equity Director.
The industry is results-oriented, and to earn the rewards offered, you need a successful desk in addition to managing the team. Initially, if you are the right candidate, you will earn high commission and team share.
