As they have picked up more work and expanded the team they are looking for a senior estimator to come on board and lead the team. They are also looking for estimators and assistant estimators as well.
ExperienceExperienced in estimating, design & build and residential housingGood knowledge of Local Authority/Housing Association procurement methodsMust have a good understanding of the partnering process, design/build and traditional contracting processProficient in public presentation and submission methodsA highly motivated individualA long term team playerClean smart individualThe RoleTo assist in the co-ordination of submission & proposals developmentTo carry out analytical pricing of in-house produced Bills of Quantities using Conquest Estimating SystemTo work closely with Design & Build Manager in the development of bids where requiredTo assist, as directed with an new initiative or role requested by the Department Head, Marketing Director xgikmsk or Board of DirectorTo research and investigate new Government or industry initiativesApplicants for all positions must· Have proven track record · Stable employment with the same company/group for three years or more · No freelancers · No job hoppers · Professional Qualifications and/or Institute Membership · Good References To apply please forward your CV through this advert.
